Justin De Dios, a member of P-pop boy group SB19, is set to make his solo music comeback with the release of his new single, “Dahon,” on June 19.
The announcement came after the singer surprised fans with a live painting session on his YouTube channel, where he created an artwork featuring three leaves and unveiled the date “06.19.26,” hinting at the song’s official release.
Justin had earlier sparked speculation online after adding a dried leaves emoji to his Instagram username, prompting fans to anticipate a new solo project.
Additionally, fans’ excitement grew as singer-songwriter Maki was credited as one of the song's composers and lyricists, according to the song’s preview uploaded on YouTube.
Beyond his role as SB19’s main visual and sub-vocalist, Justin has established himself as a multi-faceted visual artist, director, and actor, having collaborated with singer-songwriter dwta on the 2025 track “Sampung Mga Daliri,” portrayed the Devas gatekeeper Ec’naad in the fantasy series Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre, and appeared in Maki's recent “Habangbuhay Pansamantala” music video.
“Dahon” will mark the latest addition to Justin’s growing solo catalog following the release of “Surreal” and “Kaibigan” in 2024.
