Pop superstar Ariana Grande returned to the concert stage on June 6, launching her highly anticipated “Eternal Sunshine" tour at Oakland Arena, California after nearly six years away from touring.
The opening-night performance featured a 23-song set spanning Grande’s career, divided into three acts.
Fans were treated to performances of chart-topping singles including “Break Free,” “Thank U, Next,” “Into You,” “Rain On Me,” and “Dangerous Woman.” The show also marked the live debut of several songs, namely “Dandelion,” “Just Like Magic,” “Warm,” and her latest single, “Hate That I Made You Love Me.”
The new track serves as the first preview of the popstar's upcoming album, Petal, which is scheduled for release on July 31.
Grande first introduced the song late last month alongside a music video featuring actor Justin Long.
The Eternal Sunshine tour is set to continue across North America, with stops in Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, and several other cities in the coming months.
Grande will conclude the tour in August with a five-night run at The O2 Arena in London.
